PickWell began as an idea many years ago when founder, Kim Manning, noticed how many people in her life were confused by their health insurance choices and how to navigate the healthcare system. Having worked in the healthcare sphere for her whole career, Kim knew she could help. She began developing the idea of a health insurance literacy resource center that focused on plain language and diverse tools.

Launched in 2026, PickWell is in the beginning stages of realizing that dream. We are in the process of developing more tools focused on supporting the insured's needs.
